he looks left
she looks right
the sky falls
nothing is in sight
he thinks he can
she thinks she will
they proceed together
who for who to bail?
despite that thought
they take the chance
to tread this path
together they advance
to find if the will of God
is in line with theirs
run their races together
hand in hand
